Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business daysafter payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

• Domestic orders: 2–7 business days.
• International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all orders of NOK 1,500 or more. For orders under NOK 1,500, delivery within Norway is NOK 76, and international delivery across Europe is NOK 200. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
